  • Hi,

Is there any event created in Event Viewer?

Did other folders occur this issue?

Is that any Windows services could not connect?

If yes, please try to start the services manually. Here are steps.

    1. Type services.msc in the start search box and hit enter.

    2. Find the services and double click to open it.

    3. Start the service and then ok.

Please try to run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to check system files and recovery corrupted files, here are steps:

    1. Open Command Prompt (as administrator).

    2. Type sfc /scannow, and then press Enter.

If it still exists, please check if the issue persists in Safe Mode.

Here are steps to enter safe mode.

    1. Just before the Windows 7 splash screen shown above appears, press the F8 key to enter Advanced Boot Options.

    2. Using the arrow keys on your keyboard, highlight the Safe Mode and press Enter.
