  • Hello everyone,

I have installed Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step 2010 in my PC, and succesfully installed.
But when i try to open, it crashes or whatever and displays me an error like see attachment, i also have included the event viewer:
I am using Windows 7, version Enterprise (64 bit operating system).
I have installed it on another PC with Windows 7 and it works perfect.

Maybe some one had this experience before.

  • Hi,

Regarding the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step 2010 issue, you can post to Dynamics Community to find more clues.

    http://community.dynamics.com/product/f/490.aspx

From Windows 7 side, please make sure the application can run under 64-bit operating system. Then use system file checker and test the issue in clean boot.

    Best Regards,

    Niki
