Regarding notification requirements implementation query RRS feed

  • Hi Team,

    Below are the 3 requirements from the customer ,i am unable to find any blogs related to these type requirement solution.Please can you guide me how to implement these requirements

    1.Once user logs a call, User as well as respective Zone enggs should get mail notification

    2.When we log a call, it should automatically assigned to respective zone user

    3.If Helpdesk Application is not accessible to remote user & if he sends a mail by mentioning subject as Reject then call automatically call should get raised & come to central bucket.
