want to increase .ost mailbox file size to 250 GB in outlook 2016 office365

  Hello,

  We have local emails server & client pc side office365 outlook 2016 installed. Now scenario here I have reinstalled window for client pc he have 250 GB on .ost data file. Now I want to download all emails to archive old emails. How to increase .ost mailbox size in outlook 2016 office365.

  Tried with downloading emails but last it is only 50 GB emails not all emails.
