I attempted to install the new Zune software on my computer and I receive the Error message: 0x80070641.
This is the message that follows: Windows installer cannot be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode of if the windows installer is not correctly installed.
I made sure that my computer was not in safe mode, or so I think, and I am still receiving the same message. What can I do to fix it?
