PDS: Lost System User Password RRS feed

    The SecurityProvider on my Dashboard configuration has become outdated or somehow corrupted.  Therefore, I cannot log in with my regular domain account and nobody remembers the admin (SystemUser) password. 


    Is there a way to reset that without logging in (which of course I cannot)

    The ProClarity support group has a tool that will allow you to modify the admin's account or create a new account in the event you cannot login with the existing admin account. 


    You can also reinstall the 6.3 software and upon doing so you will be prompted to create a new admin account. 


    Those are your only two options; either obtain the 6.3 ProClarity Dashboard Admin Manager from ProClarity Support or reinstall the product.
