    I am trying to set up remote desktop on windows 10 and when i go to system properties and remote settings I don't get the part to add users or to allow remote access I only get the top box.  If you can tell me how to send you a screen shot I will.

    This is a good and valid question; however, it truly has nothing to do with Remote Operations Manager and is best posted in a RDP forum.

    You could upload the screenshot to the OneDrive and post the link.

    As far as I know, you can try to add the user to the Remote Desktop Users group in Computer Management.

    Run > compmgmt.msc;
