I would like to know how to revert winrm qc ( I mean roll back and go back to original configuration before excuting winrm qc) .
There is no individual back-out command, you will need to know what the configuration was before and execute the individual commands to revert the config, for example (untested):
sc config "winrm" start= demand
winrm delete winrm/config/listener?Address=*+Transport=HTTP
netsh firewall delete portopening TCP 80 "Windows Remote Management"
