In progress timesheets" for system account. RRS feed

  • Hello!

    Project Server 2010 + SP1 + December_2011_CU.

    Several month ago began to appear timesheets for a system account, and specially nobody created them. Very probably that they are created automatically, and thus hang in "In progress" status. How to make that it weren't created?

  • 1. Log in with that system account

    2. Go to "Manage Timesheets" on the Quick Launch section

    3. On the Manage Time sheets page select the row for the In Progress timesheet which you want to be converted back to Not Yet Created mode

    4. Click Delete on the top ribbon. This will delete all the data in that time sheet (if anything is entered) and change the status back to Not Yet Created mode

    2-How to make that they weren't created?
    Very inconveniently for me each time to delete these timesheets.

  • Above procedure is to make that they weren't created.

    How they are created are probably due to unknowingly clicking the Timehsheet link when someone logged on using the System Account.

    Is it happening to all the time sheets for the System Account?

  • These timesheets started to be created two-three months ago, maybe after December-2011-CU.
    Under a system account nobody works, the password from it is known only two administrators.
