Question
-
Hi everyone,
I need some help to troubleshoot the error when joining skype for business meeting.
This is what i found out from the uccApiLog file.
ms-client-diagnostics: 23; reason="Call failed to establish due to a media connectivity failure when one endpoint is internal and the other is remote";
Can someone give me some hints? Thank you in advanced.

Meeting invite is from the same company A. User from company A was trying to join the meeting externally.
if join from internal network, there is no issue.
Persistent route is configured

Can you also check from the Edge to Firewall or in the external network , is there any packet analyzing softwares or traffic shapers or any networking device which checks all the packets that traverse through that ? can you isolate them if any

Hi Tony,
When you try to join Skype meeting, did you encounter any error messages? The issue appeared on the specific user or all users had this issue?
As a supplement, please run the following command on FE server to check the port ranges used by Lync client: Get-CsConferencingConfiguration
Furthermore, you could also use Microsoft remote connectivity analyzer check if there are any error messages.
