NAP Server as a Virtual Server

Question
-
Hello.
I have a network which consists mainly of 2003 servers (about total of 40 servers).
Will NAP work properly if I install it in a virtual 2008 member-server?
I read in previous questions that I don't have to upgrade my DCs to 2008 or even DCPromo the NAP server. I can implement NAP as a member server and administer the GPs from it.
right?
Thank you for your help.
Tomer.

One additional note, if your DCs remain running Server 2003, you will need to extend the AD schema to use all the Group Policy settings you would get with a Server 2008 DC.
For example, wired and wireless Group Policy settings require this. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=70195 for more information.
