Microsoft Identity Manager Audit via SQL RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello all,

Im noobie here and i dont know if i post this question to right community.

My problem is described like this. We have our Microsoft Identitiy manager which stores its data to SQL database and we need to store history of changes. What i need is if somebody has any sql query to show those changes, same as we can se via MIM portal - history. Because of that i cant use standart auditing SQL database. those data is stored in database but i dont know which tables i should use.

Thank you for all your answers.

  • Hi,

The MIM Reporting module can do this for you.

  • But is there any change to audit those information through sql query? Im much more familiar with sql server than MIM.

    Thank You

  • Hello,

Yes i see, but my main problem is that i dont know which MIM default tables i  should use to show history of created, altered or deleted. There are hundreds tables created by MIM  in database.

  • Hi Nosh,

Sure, I agree, it's definitely overkill for some uses. :) We use LithNet RMA instead and custom scripts to aggregate reports.
