  • i m phasing problem when i m shutting down the laptop its not complatily shut down the fan and power butten is on but the hdd is shutting down

    Have you tried the suggestions as I posted to have a check? Is there anything recorded in the Event Viewer?

    If the issue persists, we can try to work with the Windows Performance toolkit to capture the shutdown process. Then upload the file to OneDrive and paste the link here.

    When did the issue start to occur? Have you made any modifications to the machine before?

    To troubleshoot whether this issue is caused by a third party service, we can perform a clean boot to have a troubleshoot.

    Please check the Event Viewer for any related errors or warnings to troubleshoot this issue.

  • thanks for reply but the problem is same actually in my laptop has preinsatll the windows 8 and i have upgrade to 8.1 after installation of 8.1 my laptop was working fine about 2 months but after this i am phasing this problem plz provide me the solution it is very big problem for me and i cant take the risk to reinstall the operating system thanks
