For skype for business server, we usually use Monitoring report to check the data information.
Based on my research, so far, we couldn’t find the accurate number of screen sharing and federated IM number in Monitoring report.

For your requirement that you want to pull them out of SQL through a custom report, we suggest you post in Lync SDK forum, there are more experts will help you develop it, thanks for your understanding and support.
