  You mean Outlook for Mac?  That client connects to Exchange using Exchange Web Services.

  If you allow access to EWS from the Internet, you might want to first check it using the Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer at http://exrca.com.

  I recommend that you post this in the Outlook for Mac Forum:  http://www.officeformac.com/ProductForums/Outlook/

  Can you resolve autodiscover.domain.com?  I believe Outlook 2011 on Mac uses EWS to connect to exchange, does this work? 

  Can the user access Outlook from a windows machine?  Does OWA work on the Mac?

  Can the user access Outlook from a windows machine?  Does OWA work on the Mac?

  The account is indeed moved to Exchange 2013. OWA works fine on the Mac.

  The steps sent I followed them but I still cannot connect. Note that am trying to connect to 2013 exchange server

  Did you try to test EWS in the exrca as Ed had suggested?  Outlook 2011 uses EWS to connect to Exchange so if that fails, there's your issue.

  You said nothing about having Office 365 in your original post.  You didn't think that might be important?  Do you have a hybrid configuration?  That's pretty much required for Autodiscover to redirect to Office 365.
