SharePoint 2013 when enableing incoming emails on newly created list or library "error in applcation" after migration from 2010 to 2013 RRS feed

    after Migration SP10 to SP13, when I created a new list or library and try to enable incoming email settings I get an error " something went wrong" " error in the Application"  all list and library that migrated with enable incoming emails are still working. Please help.
