Imap and pop3 outlook connectivity issue. RRS feed

  • Team,

    I am having a problem while configuring pop3 setting on user desktop. Its giving my error for outgoing smtp server connection.

    Please help to fixup.

    Welcome to our forum.

    Please check outlook profile as the following snapshots, and run the following command to make sure all server components are active:

    Get-ServerComponentstate -Identity <Exchange server name>

  • Could you check POP3 Backend  services is started mode or not?

  • yes both pop3 and imap backend services are in started mode.

  • are you able to receive emails? only giving problem while sending the email ? right?

    we are still in testing face till its doesnt work properly we cannot go ahead.
