  • Hi Rafeiee, Abbas,

Welcome to post in our forum.

Yes, you can deploy Edge server after you deploy  SFB standard edition server and Office Web App server.

For SFB edge server, you can’t add it the domain, it needs workgroup environment. You need to install two network adapters for SFB edge server, one connected to your internal network, the other connected to the external network. The External Interface will have 3 NAT IP addresses that correlate to 3 public-facing IP addresses.  These 3 IP addresses will be used for 3 various Lync services.

  • The easiest installation for the edge server will be, if you have one internal IP and 3 externbal IP's.

Gateway and DNS should point to external, use host table for the internal SFB and PKI server.

Configure internal routing with route -p add for all internal network

Use a public certificate for the external sertvervices.
