redirect email to a mailbox failure

  • Hi expert!

    I made a mail rules to redirect a mailbox. after running the rule, there is no error. but the email could not received by the assigned mailbox. May I lose some setup?

    please give advise why redirect mail failure?

    mail client is outlook 2013

  • sorry to reply too late! it sound redirection is only effective for transaction inside Same domian account. tks

    We can't help you without detailed rule information, please share it with us.

    And based on your description, your rule seems to be an outlook client inbox rule, right?

    After running the rule, have you tried to send a test message to your mailbox to check this rule? Redirect rule won't take effect on existing messages.
