How to spell check signature in outlook 2010? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I put the company logo on the top and personal details at the bottom as an signature. I type my email message in between, however, the spell check does not work in signature.

What can I do to activate the spell check function in signature?

Or is there any way to keep the company logo at the top on every new email message (except putting it in signature), so that the spell check can be applied to the content ?

  • You can use a Quick Part instead to insert your logo and signature at the same time while maintaining the Spell Checker functionality.

Do consider the recipient though. It is OK to start with a logo at the top for newsletters, but to do that in each and every email is considered annoying and those emails will go unread more often. Placing a small image in your signature itself would be better.
