    The short answer is no.  SharePoint does not have this functionality out of the box.  You would have to check into 3rd parties or see if sites like EasyUri.com has an api you can use.

    Here's a few approaches and/or add-ons that are out there for you to look into. I don't have any experience with any of them, so unfortunately I can't recommend one over another...

    Please also consider using SharePoint Short Url;

    All the shortcuts are stored in a regular SharePoint List which allows all the standard functionality of audit trails, workflow, security permissions, item approval and so on, to naturally dovetail with this new functionality. This is proving a popular solution for several large organizations.
