  • Check if you have installed agent on all the site server. That will include you DPs, DB and servers where ever you have SCCM role.

Once you restart health service on RMS, you should see 10801 event ID , that will tell you which site servers have agent missing. Once you get it, install the agent and restart the health service again,. That will help

    Hi,

Firstly, please double-check the settings referring to the management pack guide.

Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following:

    1.    Please ensure the %SMS_INSTALL_DIR_PATH% system environment variable has been created; and after applying this, the server needs to be restarted:

Deploying the Operations Manager 2007 Agent

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc655687.aspx

    2.    Please refer to the following guide to check the issue:

Diagrams for the Monitoring Pack for Configuration Manager 2007

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc655663.aspx

    3.    Please flush the Health Service Cache on the agent on the SCCM and the SQL Server and see how it works:

    1)     Stop System Center Management service.

    2)     Go to C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\, and rename the “Health Service State” folder.

    3)     Restart System Center Management service.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

2.TechNet Library all mentioned done except one i can't confirm .. How ?

"ConfigMgr Server instances must be discovered by service discovery"
