    a subfolder was created under a gmail account in Outlook and over 100 articles were transferred to it.  They were all there the next day and the day after.  Two days later only 22 articles were in the folder.  Where could they have disappeared to? We can't find them anywhere.

    Before we go on, could you please clarify the questions below so that we can understand better about the issue?

    1. What do you exactly mean by transferring over 100 articles to it? Do you mean dragging and dropping messages to the subfolder?
    2. What's the type of the account, POP3 or IMAP?

    Please go to the web mail and see if the missing items are there.

    Any findings, feel free to post back.
