how to delegate multiple outlook contacts folder separately

    I have a two Contacts folder, 1. Contacts and 2. New Contacts. I want to delegates two contacts folder two different users.When i try to share the New contacts ,  i can only able the delegate default "Contacts" folder instead New Contacts.

    I am using Office 2013 and 2010.

  • Hi,

    Are you using Exchange account? If that is the case, we can do the following steps to share New Contacts folder:

    Select New Contacts folder. Right-click it, select Share > Share Contacts.

     

    Then a Sharing Invitation email is created, check the permission "Recipient can add, edit, and delete items in this contacts folder", add shared people in To fields and send out.

    In recipient side, an invitation would be received in Inbox folder. Click "Open this Contacts folder" in Outlook to open Shared Contact folder.
