Usage Analysis shows no results RRS feed

  • Question

  • I set this up yesterday on a MOSS2007 farm with WFEs, SQL, and Index servers.

The page /_layouts/SpUsageWeb.aspx is coming up, but returning no results, even though the IIS log files were over 85MB from yesterday.

In CA > Usage Analysis Processing:

    1. Logging is enabled to create 30 files.
    2. Usage Analyisis Processing is enabled.
    3. Processing was set to run between 1am-2am last night.
    4. Enable Logging's file location contains four folders from last night, mostly empty, one contains a nested folder with about 1.5MB of data.

In SSP > Configure Advanced Usage Analysis Processing:

    1. "Enable advanced usage analysis processing" is checked.
    2. "Enable search query logging" is checked.

Anything I'm missing or to check?

    Much thanks!

Answers

  • first thing, at what patch level your MOSS 2007.

did you check the Usage analysis log file, is their any data or the file size is 0KB.

and another thing, you have to wait at least 24 hours to get the report.
