Hi,
this topic follows my precedent : http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/configmanagerdeployment/thread/ce42af96-29c5-437c-8acf-38817d2ec6a8/#44172b32-4f13-49e1-87c8-61ffe56695cf
Context: We have a CA in 2003 Standard Edition. We want to create the templates and issue certificates to our SCCM Servers and Clients.
We've followed the step-by-step : http://blogs.msdn.com/b/scstr/archive/2012/05/31/step_2d00_by_2d00_step_2d00_example_2d00_deployment_2d00_of_2d00_the_2d00_pki_2d00_certificates_2d00_for_2d00_configuration_2d00_manager_2d00_2012_2d00_windows_2d00_server_2d00_2008.aspx
Under the : Creating and Issuing the Web Server Certificate Template on the Certification Authority at the step 11 ( 11. In the Certification Authority console, right-click Certificate Templates, click New, and then click Certificate Template
to Issue.) the wizard doesn't show our previously created certificate.
Is the the standard behavior? On the previous topic, the only limitation said was that we couldn't use Group-Policy based deployments of the certificate template.
Thanks.
