Outlook 2013 standard edition - emails stay as draft in the inbox folder after sending the message

    Hi,

    Our mail server : Exchange 2010 SP3 RollUp16.

    Some users complaining about this draft issue.. 

    I have disabled the automatic save , still did not help.

    Does anyone know why it's happen ?

    Hi Asaf,

    Are the sent mails delivered correctly to the recipients?

    Does this issue happen to reply emails or all outgoing emails in these users' Outlook?

    Please check whether the users have the "When replying to a message that is not in the Inbox, save the reply in the same folder" option enabled under File > Options > Mail > Save messages section.
