  • There is no way to have a range of numbers assigned to a user a range of numbers. You should do two things

    1. You should configure your inbound normalization rules (either gateway or in Lync) to normalize all the calls to a single number assigned to the Lync user.

    2. Create a dial plan normalization rules so users dialing these numbers are normalized to a single number assigned to the user.

The second option would be to create an unassigned number range for these numbers. Then create a new announcement (new-csannouncement) and have it play a message and then redirect to another number or sip address.

    Hope that helps.

  • Hi,

1, Create some test Lync account with numbers and set calls forwarding to the reception desk.

2, Create some hunt response group with numbers, and set the reception account to the agent group for them.

3, Create a normalization rule in the dial plan and transform all thoes numbers to the number of reception desk.

4, Create  an unassigned number range also is good idea.
