    Windows 10 technical Preview (new update Build 9926) releases Spartan browser to replace IE browser.

    But, I can't find Spartan browser in my system.

    Someone can show me how to use this new Microsoft's web browser?

    It says "In particular, the new Project Spartan browser won't be included, and it might not make its debut next month, either. "
