SCUP - fails importing of updates

Question
-
I'm not sure if it is related or not but after updating to Current Branch (1511) I can no longer download/import adobe updates into SCUP (ver. 5.0). I receive the error below. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Import:Exception: The type initializer for 'ExtentPlaceholderCreator' threw an exception.

Figured it out. SP3 for SQL 2012 was the culprit. I tried to re-run that update but it didn't fix it. I then uninstalled the SP3 update and now everything works like it should.

Can you please provide some more lines from SCUP log? A single line from a (unknown) logfile does not help at all. Plus SCUP/WSUS are not related to ConfigMgr in first place.

I understand that they aren't related but just seems odd that they worked fine before the upgrade. That line came from SCUP.log. Below is the rest of the log.

Update: I installed another round of updates and everything started working again. Not sure which up date may have done it, I'll have to look at them to see.

I, too, have this issue now all of a sudden... Went to do Adobe updates and getting this error for no reason... Seems it's linked to an update possibly that broke something? Typical.
I have SCCM 2012 R2 SP1, not the new 1511 build - running on server 2008 R2, SQL 2008. So, I can't uninstall any SP3 of SQL 2012, but I'm still getting this problem. Anyone else see this or fix this?
