Visio on different microsoft account RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,
my problem is that client has rented laptop from us with Office Home and Business 2013 which is registered on our company account and he bought Visio 2013 seperatly and registered it on his own account. Now he can't use different office programs at the same time and has to switch accounts every time. Is there any workaround without adding both licenses to one account?

  • You are using the account to activate Office, there is no good workaround so far...

If possible, ask for a refund for Visio, try to purchase a retail version with a product key to activate the Visio, which doesn't require an account to login to keep activated. Ask microsoft customer service if it is possible:http://support.microsoft.com/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers/en-us
