DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SERVER 2008 R2 STAND AND SERVER 20085 R2 X64?

MY STYSTEM WANTS ME TO UPDATE TO THE SERVER X64 AND I JUST WANTED TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM BEFORE I DO T HE UPDATE.

You probably talk about migrate from 2008 R2 std to 2008 R2 enterprise?

Both versions are x64. Here is the edition comparaison
