Driver conflict RRS feed

  • Question

  • I've recently installed a GTX 1660 Super graphics card and its drivers are conflicting with the realtek sound card drivers resulting in a total absence of sound. Device manager doesn't see the onboard Realtek sound card anymore. I don't want to use Nvidia's drivers because i haven't got any speakers on the monitor or wireless headphones, i just want my Realtek back.

  • Hi,

It sounds strange that a graphics driver is not compatible with an audio driver.
Have you checked which audio device is used?
