Exchange 2010 SP1 UM mailbox Access Issue with Asterisk RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have issue to access My Exchange 2010 mailbox through Asterisk Extension.

    When I dial the Exchange extension (3333), I reach it, listen to the welcome message, IVR then asks me for my Mailbox Extension (8861),   but when I type it on the phone, IVR seems to catch only the first digit (8), and responds with a 'three ..., is not a valid extension'.

    and same thing i have configure with Lync 2013 but Lync client can access mailbox via extension.

    Any Idea.Please help me.

  • Sounds like a DTMF issue. Make sure there isn't a mismatch on your trunk.
