Cannot run ESEUTIL /p access to file failed -1032 RRS feed

  • Hi, 

    I am running exchange 2007.  Copied the EDB file in question to offline location, copied BIN folder to offline location.  I can run /mh no problem and it tells me the DB is in Dirty shut down state.  When I run the repair /p I get 

    Operation terminated with error -1032 (JET_errFileAccessDenied, Cannot access fi
    le, the file is locked or in use) after 13.172 seconds.

    I have taken ownership and provide full rights to parent folder, logged in as admin, shutoff all non windows services on startup, rebooted the server and ran the command as admin.  Any other thoughts?
