hi all, i have a request from a user i am not sure how to deal with.
A person who is not part of the company would like a a company email address. Then when email is sent to the person at the company email address the email is then sent to the persons private email address.
Please can some make some suggestions as to how i do this?

userA is from the external company, so if i do as follows
mail contact = alias - userA@domain.com
mail contact = external email - userA@externalDomainName.com
when an email gets sent to userA@domain.com will the exchange server know to send an email to userA@externalDomainName.com
Thanks
