i have windows 7 and everytime i come to completing 97% of the download, it tells me
that i have to download it as an administrater even tho iam has any 1 came
across this problem and if so how did you fix it

here are some background information for you. With the UAC you have standard user rights (filtered token) until you request admin rights for a special action. To run a program as administrator you have to do the following:
