You can download Photo Gallery
for your photographic needs. If you previously used the excellent little program called Microsoft PhotoStory3 that was a free giveaway for registered users of WindowsXP
This will also work on Windows 7, but you will also need to install MovieMaker as some of these elements are used in both applications.
If you are into showing your photos on a computer screen then PhotoStory is the program for you
