  • Hi Team,

    I already configure SFB cloud PBX hybrid.

    i have question about Dial in conferencing, is there possible iam using on premise dial in number for cloud user ?

    please tell me the best practice configuration to hybrid dial in conferencing

  • Hi,

    There is no such configuration - you can't do this.

    For users homed online you either need to assign a PSTN conferencing licenses, or configure a third party audio conferencing provider (ACP).
