I noticed that on my Vista 64 home permium, The "Secondary Logon Service" fails to start and give me the following error
"The system cannot find the file specified"

STATE : 1 STOPPED
WIN32_EXIT_CODE : 2 (0x2)
SERVICE_EXIT_CODE : 0 (0x0)
CHECKPOINT : 0x0
WAIT_HINT : 0x0
So what goes wrong and what file it is looking for. I checked on my window/system32/seclogn.dll exists
and the command for the service is "C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs"
