  • Thank for answer.

    1. ControlPanel->Program and Features - there is nothing

    2. Msiexec /x {72BF00D8-53E0-1539-F523-4347082BCC11} - I receive message that product must be correctly installed.

    Can I make repair over DPMagentInstaler with parameter?

    At article http://robertanddpm.blogspot.com - there isn't solution for this problem.

    If your machine architecture is x86 please do below instead.
    msiexec /x {07CCDE6A-1D92-2C9C-D091-9E682643ABCC}

    can you please answer these questions if your problem still exists:

    1. Architeture of the machine you are trying to install agent?
    2. What is the version of agent you installed earlier which went wrong?

  • If you can get your hands on a copy of the Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup Utility tool and run that.  It will find and remove all off the instance when you select DPM Agent from the list.
