Spam Emails in New Office 365 are delivered to users inbox RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    For one of my customer, they have migrated to new Office 365. It seems Spam option is not working. Any Spam email is directly downloaded to user's inbox instead of moving to Junk folder. 

    We have configured in the "content filter" to move the emails to the Junk Folder only. But still users are getting more spam emails to their inbox. 

    Also when we go through the header information, it says the SCL value is 1 so it is considered as a genuine email & delivered to inbox. But actually it was a junk email. 

    Our Global configuration is SCL level "4" means till 4 the email would be considered as genuine & from 5 to 9 it will be considered as Spam.

    Need some quick resolution on this. Microsoft is already working on this.
