Hi, does the call me at feature need calling credits loaded in Skype for Business Online? Basically does it make a toll free call?
Our deployment is a hybrid deployment.

Hi,
When you use "Call me at" the call comes from the user's Skype for Business account.
So you need a Phone System license, you have this already as it's included in E5.
On top of that, you need a Calling Plan (Domestic or Domestic & International). The call cost will be included in the Calling Plan, assuming it's to a mobile or national number.
Hope this helps,
Steve

Hi Blue_Craig,
What is your license for O365 ? If you donnot use E5 license ,you should buy the the Microsoft PSTN Conferencing Add-ons for E3 Subscription and then proceed with the usage of the Call Me at work.
If you have a service provider that provides on-premises PSTN connectivity for hybrid users, you don't need to buy a Calling Plan. Office 365 Enterprise E5 includes the Phone System add-on, so you can proceed to checkout.
You could refer to the following link.
