Windows Application Error RRS feed

  • Hi Support,

    I have Windows 7 Professional Operating system (64 bit).The issue is that whenever i open the PDF attachment received in email getting an error.

    The screenshots are attached for your reference.

    Pls. look into it and awaiting for your reply to fix the issue.

  • Hi pradeeppdy,

    There might be chance of previous version left overs. Try uninstalling Acrobat again using cleaner Tool: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

    Then try reinstalling Adobe and then see if that fixes the issue.

  • PDF isnt a windows default software,its thru macromedia.Download Adobe software from the web site,any

    files relating to adobe will/should start its player auto...
