    Hi,

    The company I work for has sites located in different parts of the world.  There is one in Europe, Two in Mexico, and Two in the United States.

    I would like to know if it's possible to set up a DAG across all sites in Active/Active mode so that when VIPs travel to different sites they can access their mailbox from the local mailbox servers, speeding up mail delivery and functionality.  I understand that each site will also need their own CAS and Hub Transport servers as well, but my main question is if this is even possible or plausible. 

    If it is possible / plausible, what are the downsides?

    Hi,
    It is possible to create a DAG between different AD Sites, but there is no Active/Active mode.
    A mailbox database copy can only be active on a single server at any given time.
