EWS unavailable; retrying connection; , Skype for business + Exchange 2010 External user EWS not work RRS feed

  • Hi ,

    Any advise for exchange 2010 EWS not work with Skype for business on External network?

    It have A record for autodisocver.domain.com.

    No SRV record for exchange CAS.

    Welcome to post in our forum.

    Did the issue only appear on the specific SFB client?

    If the issue appeared on the specific client, please try to delete SFB cache files and make sure SFB client with the latest update, then test again.

    If all users had this issue, please check the steps for configuring EWS for SFB, the following document is for your reference

    Did you check the steps for configuring EWS for SFB?

    If possible, please try to use SFB debugging tool check if there are any error messages.
