    Question

  • Hi

SharePoint 2013 patched with the latest CU (april 17)

Trying to get a "clean" Event viewer....

    Right now there's this error:

    Event code: 3012
Event message: An error occurred processing a web or script resource request. The requested resource 'fMicrosoft.Office.Visio.Server,15.0.0.0,,71e9bce111e9429c|Microsoft.Office.Visio.Server.WebControls15.Images.CloseButton.png' does not exist or there was a problem loading it.

The URL provided in the event error to the webApp root

    C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\portal80\

does not contains any Close button....do I just copy one to this location?

  • Hi JmATK,

I believe this is a bug which has been reported to Microsoft and still no time frame from them when to fix this one.

Check below URL to confirm if the image are present in visio service dll or not.

  • Yes, it is a bug that won't be fixed. Just ignore it.

  • Replace CloseButton.png from the source where it would be running good.
