UnauthorizedAccessException when access ServerCertification.asmx even added Authenticated Users RRS feed

  • Hi everyone.

    I am trying to execute [IpcDlpApp] in Azure-Information-Protection-Samples-master using domain account.

    But I got a UnauthorizedAccessException when connect to the AD RMS server.

    I added [Authenticated Users] to the security tab of  ServerCertification.asmx 

    I even added everyone but it didn't work.

    The office professional plus 2013 can get the templates without errors using same domain account.m new to ADRMS. Can you give me some advises.Thank you very much!!
