OCS Client- Turn Off Call Waiting setting? RRS feed

  • Office Communicator Client On -Windows 7 - OC version 3.5.6907.196

    Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Fully Current

    We have a handfull of users who would like to not recieve calls while in a call and we need to turn call waiting off.

    Sometimes the personnel manning the Attendant role's send calls to the users while they are on the phone and they do not want to be interrupted.

    They do understand that they can "redirect" the call from the call toast.

    Also they understand they can ignore it and it will go to VM.

    But I am hoping there is a setting somewhere to disable call waiting.

    So far i have scoured the clients OC and the server itself as well and have yet to find a setting for this.

    Sorry, this is not a feature in OCS or MOC.

  • If I remember correctly UnifySquare has a "busy on busy" solution.
