Hi Experts,
I have an unique issue with one user. An user sent an email from his home PC. When he checked his sent items, there was no mail in sent item. Next day, he connected from office and check his mailbox, found mail is showing in draft folder.
He opened the mail from draft folder and sent again. However, receiver for this mail reported back to him that they already received this mail last night.
I checked exchange logs and it is sent last day itself, when he sent from home, however, mail was not in sent items. Can someone help me or let me know, if there is anyway to find out why this happened. It is one single mail issue.
